Lauren was exception. I have a rescue who.is very scared of everyone. She was patient and so sweet with Bailey. The food she recommended was excellent. The collar and lease perfect. However the harness is nor sge comes out of it. Not safe for her or me. Hoping I can get an exchange as I teally need a harness for her to aid her and as I cannot pic her up. Other than that a perfect 10. Thank goodness you are so close to me
