Great service friendly staff
Business response:
Thank you Rudolf! We're so happy to hear that!!
Totally blown away by this place. Tons of selection, with everything neatly displayed. It’s not overwhelming, but definitely has options on everything! And the prices!!! I’m switching our amazon subscription to Hollywood. No more getting jerked around on pricing changes every month. And they price match, but I was amazed at how low their prices are generally. Nothing was overpriced and some items were half what I paid at name brand pet stores! Oh and they knew everything I had questions about!!
Business response:
Amanda, thank you so much for your positive review! Our staff attends 40-50 hours worth of training on both products and customer service throughout the year to learn how to best serve our customers! We understand that dogs are a huge part of our customers lives, and we make it our mission to make them a part of the Feed Family! It is always a pleasure to have such wonderful feedback!
