First time visit, Lauren came right up and gave me a great run through of the store. Wasn't pushy, just genuinely wanted to know about my pup and how she could help. Good prices, quality items, much better than your typical big box pet store.
Business response:
Thank you for the fantastic review, Steve! Our team attends 40-50 hours worth of training on pet health and customer service throughout the year to learn how to best serve our customers! We're thrilled you're pleased with our service and selection and hope to see you again soon!
