The customer service is incredible here. I was helped right away with finding the best food for my cats. They helped me figure out how to find a cat food that wouldn’t give my cats a reaction, & provided me with a solution that the vet was not able to. So helpful & life changing for me.

The employees are very helpful but don’t hover at all. They all seem to truly love dogs too and are eager to help. We go there often.

We moved to another city and can order Hollywood Feed online, but we love going into the shop when we go back to Charlotte, usually twice per month. We live the look of the store, the offering of foods we buy regularly plus new treats and items to try also. And as for Lauren and Kelly ...they are consistently excellent helping me.
