Customer service is always great. Groomers are polite and my dogs are totally at ease. The groomer I used prior to Hollywood Feed was at a veterinary practice. My pups always returned stressed and upset. I was never allowed to take them to the grooming area which was a concern. Thanks for the wonderful experience!
