I love this store. The people are great! They are so knowledgeable and very willing to help. They are able to make suggestions on foods and products that I may not know about. The lady who helped me always knows my name and that is amazing considering how many people she waits on daily. The groomers are the best and all of them treat my dog with respect and love and kindness. I will continue to go back as much as I can.

Great group of folks at the location in charlotte off of Johnston rd. Im always greeted with smiles and always asked if I need assistance. I feel like I'm a valued customer. The groomer Tammy is excellent. I've been going to her for years and will always send my dogs to her for grooming.
