It was my first time going to Hollywood feed and Kelly was so helpful. I needed help finding a new harness and bones for my puppy who was about to have surgery and she was very kind and give a lot of her time to help me. Will definitely be going there now for my food and treats.

Before my last purchase. I would have given them 5 stars. Always friendly, great advice when needing direction. But this last time I called to place an order for delivery the lady that answered the phone must have been having a bad day. Regardless, the entire time she was placing my order. She repeated to me over and over that they are short staffed and prefer all orders to come online. I explained I was driving for the next 2 hours and didn't have time to pull over to order the kibble. I get it we are all doing the most. Bu... read more
