Great Customer Service! The people here are always friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about their products. I actually prefer shopping here versus buying my dog's food and toys online because I enjoy the well organized store and the people.

Knowledgeable employee. Assisted me with items that were up high. Helped with decision to purchase a water fountain for my pet which was on sale and a great deal that I would not have thought of otherwise. They really know their stuff and it's a pleasure shopping here compared to other, impersonal large retailers.
