Knowledgeable employee. Assisted me with items that were up high. Helped with decision to purchase a water fountain for my pet which was on sale and a great deal that I would not have thought of otherwise. They really know their stuff and it's a pleasure shopping here compared to other, impersonal large retailers.

I do receive great customer every time I go there. Especially with Amanda. Her one on one with my dogs are very special. And she diagnoses any problems or concerns I may have with their food.
