Trying to get Madison ms store on phone several times today. No answer. Went to flowood , ms to buy dog treats. And had a 20 percent coupon off from a 5k run this past sat. They said when they put in the promo code it wouldn’t work. We live 2 hours away. So I told them several people got their coupons sat from the race in the Madison area. Coupon wasn’t honored and employees seemed puzzled.

I wanted some guidance with cat food, but the young ladies at the register were engaged in conversation about there work outs and I did not interrupt them. Suffice to say, I left without cat food.

I miss the good, practical advice I got fm. your older, “real life” experienced employees. That experience set your store apart fm. the many other pet stores & inspired loyalty. I can get ‘book learning’ fm. those as easily as I can fm. y’all.
