I was in the store yesterday with my German shepherd Toby to buy his food and treats. I was telling Jessica about wanting to get a nose harness to use when walking my dog. Jessica went above and beyond helping me to fit the harness and to get Toby to accept it. She is a great asset to the Glutstadt store. I will continue being a customer and tell all my friends that have pets to patronize this Hollywood Feed store. Thank you Jessica for all your help. You were great!!

The young ladies at the counter were friendly and professional. I arrived at lunch so I was parked far from the store and had purchased a 30 lb bag of From Original, they told me to pull out front and they brought my purchase out and loaded in my car. The store is cute and I can't wait to fully explore as this visit was a quick in and out.

Trying to get Madison ms store on phone several times today. No answer. Went to flowood , ms to buy dog treats. And had a 20 percent coupon off from a 5k run this past sat. They said when they put in the promo code it wouldn’t work. We live 2 hours away. So I told them several people got their coupons sat from the race in the Madison area. Coupon wasn’t honored and employees seemed puzzled.
