Always great customer service!!! They are able to answer any and all of my questions!
Business response:
Becka! Thank you so much for your stellar review! Our staff receives 40-50 hours of training each year on customer service and the pet products we have in store, and they are enthusiastic about sharing their expertise with our customers. We've opened up much of our internal training to the public and you can view resources and training classes at hfu.hollywoodfeed.com. We hope to see you again soon!
Love the Lake Highlands Town Center location. They are always so helpful

Amazingly fast! Nice delivery people. The orders have all been perfect. HOWEVER, I do wish you could use less plastic. My orders have been in sealed plastic bags lately. The cans are already in sealed boxes.
Business response:

This was my first visit to a Hollywood Feed. Both the manager and the clerk who helped me were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I was looking for a healthier way to feed my dog so I had lots of questions and they had all the answers. Now I won't shop anywhere else!
Business response:
We are THRILLED to hear about your wonderful experience at our Lake Highlands store, Celia. We think they’re pretty great, too! Our staff attends 40-50 hours worth of training on both products and customer service throughout the year to learn how to best serve our customers. We are so happy to have you a customer and hope to see you again soon!
