They did not have what we were looking for at the woodlands location however they did at the Katy store. They went and picked it up in Katy that afternoon and we picked it up the following day. Great customer service.

This store always has great customer and exceptional service. Regardless of what I am buying, I am always thanked and never asked, "Is that all?". I appreciate that because sometimes I go in to just to grab a few treats for my dogs and always great customer service.
