Hollywood Feed has great prices. I found they can beat Chewy prices on certain items. Sales associates are very knowledgeable and very helpful

I can tell that this company caters primarily to dogs/dog owners. I have a diabetic cat that needs special dry food, and as usual, this store was out of it, they’re always out of something. For weeks it’s been their own store brand of unscented litter. Now it’s the dry food. The cat’s items are never as stocked/available as the dog’s items. I only shop here because it’s the only one around, or else I’d boycott the whole place. This store is constantly making me mad.

I traveled 30 miles to the store and arrived 10 minutes late because of traffic, an employee was leaving as I arrived but chose not to address me and entered her car and left. I had to return the next day to make my purchase. 120 miles of travel for a $25.00 collar. Not a happy customer of three years.

I love the prices offered at Hollywood Feed, but there seems to be a lack of new products. Other local stores in the area have a smaller selection, but offer a wider variety because they bring in the newest and best products. Unfortunately, Hollywood feed's customer service is not as inviting as some of the other local shops. Even though I often get the same items, I am often not greeted when I come into the store. Usually, I have to wait at the register to checkout most of the time and sometimes when there isn't a line.... read more
