Pressure to buy as soon as you walk in, every time. I came for food but wanted to look around and shop. Employee met me at door and asked to help me. I said no, thanks and tried to walk around and shop but they followed me talking about specials and pointing out items I wasn’t interested in. They insisted on getting the bag of food for me right then so I just stopped shopping and checked out. They are also the only “small pet business” in the area that doesn’t offer a military discount.
