I traveled 30 miles to the store and arrived 10 minutes late because of traffic, an employee was leaving as I arrived but chose not to address me and entered her car and left. I had to return the next day to make my purchase. 120 miles of travel for a $25.00 collar. Not a happy customer of three years.

I love the prices offered at Hollywood Feed, but there seems to be a lack of new products. Other local stores in the area have a smaller selection, but offer a wider variety because they bring in the newest and best products. Unfortunately, Hollywood feed's customer service is not as inviting as some of the other local shops. Even though I often get the same items, I am often not greeted when I come into the store. Usually, I have to wait at the register to checkout most of the time and sometimes when there isn't a line.... read more

Pressure to buy as soon as you walk in, every time. I came for food but wanted to look around and shop. Employee met me at door and asked to help me. I said no, thanks and tried to walk around and shop but they followed me talking about specials and pointing out items I wasn’t interested in. They insisted on getting the bag of food for me right then so I just stopped shopping and checked out. They are also the only “small pet business” in the area that doesn’t offer a military discount. I can get this food cheaper and with a... read more
