Staff is extremely well trained - nice & helpful. HF has the best staff of any retail business I have been in and it consistent...not just one person there...well done

Our staff receives 40-50 hours of training each year on customer service and the pet products we have in store, and they are enthusiastic about sharing their expertise with our customers!
