Great customer service. I am sorry I cannot remember the name of the woman who helped us (it was May 25 around noon). Very knowledgeable and friendly.

Staff is extremely well trained - nice & helpful. HF has the best staff of any retail business I have been in and it consistent...not just one person there...well done

Our staff receives 40-50 hours of training each year on customer service and the pet products we have in store, and they are enthusiastic about sharing their expertise with our customers! We've now opened up much of our internal training to the public and users can view resources and training classes at hfu.hollywoodfeed.com.
