My cat has CKD, I had to return something. They were gracious about it. I did keep other items.

Love your staff!! Multiple people assisting me during my shopping visit yesterday! Do not like the check out counter! Preferred the front counter customers stood at with another counter behind that one!!!!! No privacy to the shopper checking out. The treat and special bakery you could select from to purchase is no more??!??! Love everything else! Why did you change! More room?? No it’s actually less for the customer!! Awkward!!

Every single time I enter the store I’m greeted and asked how they can help. Every time I’ve had a question or needed some advice, the employees have been incredibly helpful and seem genuinely invested. That’s something you don’t typically see consistently at any business, so it’s impressive. I’m a customer for life.

This was my first time visiting the store. I was looking for a supplement for one of my dogs. The woman who helped me was knowledgeable and very helpful. I also left with a new low fat dog food from Fromm for my other dog to try.
