Customer service the way it should be! My two dogs have differing needs and the store manager took such care and time to assess what each dog needed. My dogs are picky eaters, but they BEG for the food I purchased here. I love how if my dogs didn't like some of the food, I can return the opened bag and get a refund or trade in. So far I haven't had to return anything because they love the food! First time in the store was yesterday. The associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me find a food for my big puppy to get the best nutrients. She gave us a sample that my baby loved so much. She helped me pick a collar as well and said she’d help me fit it if I needed. They price match and I’m just so thankful for this place. Five stars all day everyday. I’ll be back!
