I love this store! First and foremost it's all made in the good ol USA 🇺🇸 the customer service is off the hook ,they are knowledgeable about the products and it's just my happy place to go 😀 I drive 20 miles away just to go there .Â

The management at this location is great and the stuff. I've never had any problems or concerns here but the location on memorial is whole different experience that I would never go backÂ

Customer service the way it should be! My two dogs have differing needs and the store manager took such care and time to assess what each dog needed. My dogs are picky eaters, but they BEG for the food I purchased here. I love how if my dogs didn't like some of the food, I can return the opened bag and get a refund or trade in. So far I haven't had to return anything because they love the food! I was so impressed I took my Dad in to find something for his ailing cat to eat, and the salesperson gave a great recommendation and... read more
