Very happy with the nice, helpful and knowledgeable people in the store. Would have given 5 stars if the prices were more in line with other pet stores.

I had a few questions, and the young woman who assisted me was very knowledgeable. She even carried a heavy bag out to my car. The treat she suggested was a BIG HIT with my picky in pup.

My first time in PetPeople and I have to say I was very impressed by the level of service! I was given thoughtful advice on how to transition my new dog's food (and they didn't recommend the most expensive type either!). From start to finish I was offered great advice without feeling like I was being pushed into buying things. Great experience, high quality items, and a happy new dog are the reasons for my 5 stars!
