Went in looking for advice on chews for my dog and the sales associate with the long blond hair that greeted me was not helpful at all. She acted like she was on another planet. Forceful and didnt know what she was talking about. She went around blindly suggesting things before passing me off to another associate who walked by. The associate who ended up actually helping me with the shorter brunette hair talked me through better options. Ive never had this experience at a Hollywood feed before and I hope it was a fluke

I have usually had good service at this location but, on my most recent visit I was pretty disappointed. Myself and my friend both arrived about 40 minutes prior to closing time and both of our dogs were a bit thirsty after a walk we had just taken them on. We assumed the water bowl/fountain that is in the store would have some water level for our dogs to take a quick drink but it was virtually dry. When we openly commented about the bowl being dry in front of the sales staff member that greeted us, she made no effort to re... read more
