They are very helpful and friendly! The staff always welcomes me and offers to help. My 2 dogs are a handful and when I take them inside with me, the staff walks around with me to assist.

This is the best Pet Supply "Super Store" ever. From the time you walk in the door til checkout, the employees make you feel like family. Everyone I've spoken with are very knowledgeable about nutrition, hygiene, kennels, ect. And having a pool out back......well that's just icing on the cake!
