Staff welcomes me as soon as I walk thru the door; a nice touch. Your friendly staff creates a warm, family atmosphere rather than sterile, customer/business, also a pleasant difference. It approaches the atmosphere depicted on the TV show Cheers. I usually enter and go straight to the food I need to buy. If at anytime I deviate to look at something, someone is quick to ask if I have any questions in a pleasant and non-obtrusive manner.
