Great customer service! What I wanted to purchase was not on the shelf and the employee volunteered to go in the back to check inventory...bringing out the case of Zignature that I wanted to purchase

We’ve shopped at Rucker/Hollywood for many years but their excellent customer service was really on display as we tried to find a food that would work for our puppy. We received amazing guidance in dealing with her special needs, used the money back guarantee a couple of times, but now have found the right food for her. She is healthy and growing!

Love the many products offered. However, when I order a case of something, I would like the case to be unopened wrapped by the company. I received 30 of a product and they were not boxed all individual in a bag. I have ordered before same product and they came shipped factory wrapped in a box. This last order was all individual in a bag. I would prefer the product if a case is ordered to come from the factory not individual in a bag. Just saying...
