Love the many products offered. However, when I order a case of something, I would like the case to be unopened wrapped by the company. I received 30 of a product and they were not boxed all individual in a bag. I have ordered before same product and they came shipped factory wrapped in a box. This last order was all individual in a bag. I would prefer the product if a case is ordered to come from the factory not individual in a bag. Just saying...

The store is generally well-stocked—which was doubly important over the last months while visits to buy food were limited. It’s a bit of a hike for me to shop there, but it’s where I go to In order to feed my puppy.

I really like and appreciate customer service here. They are friendly and helpful without hovering. The store is generally well-stocked—which was doubly important over the last months while visits to buy food were limited.
