I love the help I get when looking for items for my dog. Sometimes when I pick up her canned dog food made by Fromm, the staff will share helpful information about other high grade dog food that my dog might enjoy. I am always greeted and the staff appear to be happy and upbeat. This is very welcoming. A happy customer from Noblesville, Indiana.

The quality of chews and treats are not as good as Pet People had. They carry similar things but from different companies who get their treats from outside the US. I no longer buy treats/chews there . They carry Doggie Chicken Chips which our dogs love and are made in the US. That is the only item we now buy there. Wish they would get the treats/chews that they carried before.

Marianne, all of our consumable items are made in the US or sourced from countries that have even higher restrictions than in the US, such as New Zealand. There are no consumables that are made from China. There are a few toys that are made in China, however. We have a team that is dedicated to bringing in a variety of products for our furry friends.
