Staff at the location were super friendly! They also checked in multiple times while we browsed, which I appreciated. Prices are a little high, especially on cat toys - this is my only drawback. The store was clean and organized well, every product was faced outward which provides a neat aesthetic. Decor is fun and appropriate. I probably won't be back for food as it was a little pricey for me, but the cats seem to like the toys enough that I'm sure we'll need to return for more

it isn't bad but I prefer the feeling I always get when I would go to the Hollywood feed store. That's why I would go out of my way to go there when it was open. They knew me by name and my dogs. This store I dont feel like it's near as friendly. I also feel the Hollywood Feed employees are more educated on what the products do and where they are located.
