I couldn't have asked for more friendly or more helpful staff. I regularly take my German shepherd pup here to use the self-wash station and everyone is so gracious and understanding. Everything is provided and the facility is always spotless.

The store is always spotless - especially the self dog wash area. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. You can tell the time likes working here!

While purchasing treats the bar code did not ring up the correct price. While I caught the error when trying to find the price the store associate not ringing me up but working the floor was rude and not helpful. Almost over charged me for what supposedly in the box.
