The staff are fantastic. Always ready to answer questions, make suggestions if you are not certain between products. I keep going back not only due to just really loving the products and selection, but also for the helpful staff. Thank you for all you do.
The sales clerk was fantastic at discussing beds with me and the differences between them. My purchase is perfect, and my little Corgi cross loves the bed. The other supplements I purchased is just what I wanted for my other corgi. Every time I go into the store, it is always a great experience. I recommend the store and everyone who works there.

This pet store is still fabulous! One of the very best in Augusta. The staff are very friendly, extremely helpful. If you need help finding anything, they are right there. If you can't read the small print on the labels, they will do that too! If you pet can't have a certain ingredient they will go out of their way to help you fine something they can eat. It was by chance we saw this place because we saw a man passing by with his and he had a bag with a dog picture on it and first thought was there's a dog store here?!?!!!! My first experience was the best!!! Love all the natural one ingredient products they have for dogs and cats. Claire and her manager were so sweet and helpful. I have been wanting to go into the store and finally did after looking at the website. Great shopping experience. Great products and prices. Will be changing my dogs over to the food and treats with Hollywood Feed. Great experience.
The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for and I was in and out in minutes. I also love that they support local rescues. My favorite pet supply store!!
This store is absolutely the BEST! From the manager to the employees I couldn’t ask for a better experience whenever I go in the store, and I’m in there a lot with 2 new puppies, well now they’re 6 months old. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Since I have found this store I have not walked into the big box stores once.
