The clerks there are so helpful and knowledgeable about the products and questions. I research items when I am looking to change anything that can help my pets. Then I go to Hollywood and the clerks know the information and make the decisions easier. I will continue to go to Hollywood Feed for all my pet needs.

Had to wait an hour to wash our dog on a Monday morning. Staff was nice. Got us chairs to sit during the wait. There is no ramp up to washing station so dog must be lifted which required assistance of staff. There were no wash cloths to wash our dog’s face, only cotton balls to clean ears, so be sure and take those. There were only two towels. Staff gets an A, wash station a B. Was very glad that they sanitize between dogs. They didn’t ask for shot record.

The staff are fantastic. Always ready to answer questions, make suggestions if you are not certain between products. I keep going back not only due to just really loving the products and selection, but also for the helpful staff. Thank you for all you do.
