The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for and I was in and out in minutes. I also love that they support local rescues. My favorite pet supply store!!

This store is absolutely the BEST! From the manager to the employees I couldn’t ask for a better experience whenever I go in the store, and I’m in there a lot with 2 new puppies, well now they’re 6 months old. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Since I have found this store I have not walked into the big box stores once.

This is the best pet store in Augusta. The employees come to you to see if you need help finding anything including food, clothes, collars, harness, crates, treats, soaps, toys size appropriate. You get the picture... Excellent customer service!
