Very great customer service but please consider us small pet owners. They didn’t have bottles or small bowls for Guinea pigs. Please stock small pet supplies. I already love your customer service enough to keep going back lol

Friendly and helpful staff that you can tell love the pets that come in and out of the store. Often offered free samples and advice (when asked). Deliveries are fast (same-day).

We used the dog wash area it the customer service was amazing! The store assistant showed us how to use all the amenities with the dog wash and offered help he was great especially since we were washing our first ever dog a puppy! We will definitely be back to wash our dog and buy more items we also purchased a tie dog collar and chain and love them!
