Absolutely amazing and respondent to my needs the second I walked in. My Luna was always tough to train for walks, but I was referred to an amazing harness by none other than Ms. Patty herself, and she made both Luna and I feel comfortably sated during our visit. The sales staff kept Luna at bay from feeling too overwhelmed and provided her treats to calm her. It's like they could read her mind! Thank you all so much for making us feel at home during our 20 minute browsing!! :)

10/10 the guy working the register (I forget his name) was so helpful with helping me with all of my dogs' needs like switching foods, what toys I could try for a dog that loves shoes, and even gabe me information for a local trained that deals with our puppy's issues. I'll be coming here from now on for all our pets needs!
