On the commercials, constant bragging about customer service and setting yourself apart. My daughter and I wanted to get our 2 dogs new dog collars and since I saw all the commercials I wanted to visit. The lady with glasses that checked us out was just not cordial...she seemed short and when she found out we had never purchased before- THAT IS YOUR OPPORTUNITY to make a new customer feel welcome.
