Great customer service. Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable for questions asked. I have not found anyone who did not have the answer to questions or refered to someone whom did know. I will not shop for pet needs anywhere else.

Not sure of the guys name who helped us. He was FANTASTIC! We were needing a collar for our new dog who kept getting out of her harness and collar. He sat with her on the floor and gave us great tips to help be successful with leash training! He’s a keeper for sure!
