1st time to order and the employee that answered the phone was so nice and helpful! He sounded so happy before I even let him know what I needed! That is rare, but it put me at ease immediately to let me know he would help me with my needs! I wish I could remember his name. He told me Amelia would be back soon from delivering, and then would get my order out to me. Amelia, or if it was someone else, delivered my order with care, in a nice HF bag. Great experience except was once again, out of the 2.5 bag of Hollywood Feed brand lung bites. Other than that, everything was great.
