James is extraordinary. He is extremely knowledgeable about animals, and remembers everyone’s name ( both human and animal).

I gave this three stars because I did not like the customer service I received from the manager. No excuse for that behavior. I should have given zero, but my experience is normally fantastic. I will not be going back.

James is always so helpful. They always help you to your car with the big bags of food if you need it.
