love this place. they always make sure that the dog food I buy for our lab is there for me. they don't order this food for their store. just me. xoxo

The best customer service I have experienced in this area. They are always cheerful and happy. They want to help you. Also prices are reasonable with terrific selection. They do give better service that what might be termed higher end boutique pet places.
