The best customer service I have experienced in this area. They are always cheerful and happy. They want to help you. Also prices are reasonable with terrific selection. They do give better service that what might be termed higher end boutique pet places.

First time in the store. And the staff was very friendly.. clean store etc.. only had a few minutes so ask for specific items and the associate walked me to where the item was and explain sailed etc...

The people here are super helpful! They can look up past purchases which is very convenient because my memory tends to not be the best, especially when I’m in a hurry. That being said the lady there pulled up my info very quickly and we were able to find exactly what I had gotten before. They always greet me when coming in which is a very nice touch.
