i wasn’t given all my items from my curbside pickup. ended up having to come back to the location to get what was forgotten from my order.

Kayla was rude and dismissive. I’ve been a customer at Rucker Pet since 2009 (Hollywood Feed bought them out) and I won’t be returning to this company again. I’ll order from Chewy moving forward.

Hollywood Feed corporate offices requires every store to use a commercial grade synthetic/chemical fragrance machine. Store items are now saturated with those chemicals, that are not only unhealthy for humans, but also to animals. The corporate office is unconcerned about this fact. I’m currently looking for another source of raw food for my pets.
