Hollywood is Sugarland’s best Pet Store where your greeted by employees welcoming you with a smile, & great energy. Employees were very helpful. It was a wonderful experience. Most definitely making my go to store for our family pet. Love, Love all the healthy choices. I’m so glad I happened to notice your store while having breakfast in your shopping center. Thank you

A great lady named Kelly was my greeter and took my picture at the Holloween photo area and assistant me in buying my kitty food. All others were friendly. I posted on my FB the picture and the Store and location in Sugar Land Tx. Thank you

Very helpful, not something you get many places. She even took my purchase to the car. The dog crate went up in just a few minutes with no issues. The latches seem secure. Cynthia was great.
