My dogs, which are Italian Bull Mastives, Rocco and Noccio, love going to Hollywood Feed and visiting with the friendly staff and buying wonderful treats! Used the self bath and the dryer was horrible- never got warm

I don't normally give negative feedback, but after much deliberation with my husband, I became uneasy with one of the associates the other day. Daniel's presence/jokes/behavior made me uncomfortable, and it made my daughters feel the same way. It felt both inappropriate and unprofessional. Hopefully, we won't have to deal with these issues again. The rest of the crew was fantastic!

Very talented groomer, however, having my Aussie crated for 8 hours with no bio break, having booked my appointment three months in advance is unacceptable. And when I arrived at 5:15 to wait for his completion I learned that her day was "double booked." I couldn't help wondering how many in the double booked category were already home! Cancelled my December pre-booking and am now on the search for a new groomer.
