I shop at several HF locations but the Oakland location is by FAR my favorite. They always have what I need in stock. Always. And the staff treats everyone like they’re family. Not a shopper, there to buy something and I love that. They knew when one of my elderly dogs was sick and close to the end, and they always asked about her by name when I visited. You just don’t get that at Petco or Petsmart. You’re just a faceless person with money to spend. That’s why I have all of my fur babies eating (the best!) food from Hollywo... read more
