usually this store is over the top friendly. but this time the groomer asked my cousin and I to be quiet due to it upsetting some animals in her adjacent grooming room.. when she stepped inside, she and the customer with her began to laugh and make more noise than we were. I feel if she can't do her job without being rude to customers, she doesn't need to be in your store. i am not one to voice a complaint but this was just rude. i may not go back in that store but if i do, i will tell the other ladies this time about m... read more

An employee came to my aunt’s house to deliver food and check out a kennel that was messed up. My aunt’s husband passed away Monday (this employee was told this), and my aunt had spent the previous night and day in the hospital with him, so we were in the process of cleaning up the house and recovering from the months of her spending time in and out of the hospital.
