usually this store is over the top friendly. but this time the groomer asked my cousin and I to be quiet due to it upsetting some animals in her adjacent grooming room.. when she stepped inside, she and the customer with her began to laugh and make more noise than we were. An employee came to my aunt’s house to deliver food and check out a kennel that was messed up. My aunt’s husband passed away Monday (this employee was told this), and my aunt had spent the previous night and day in the hospital with him, so we were in the process of cleaning up the house and recovering from the months of her spending time in and out of the hospital. Very rude sales people. Don’t question them regarding a sale or discount,- the rudeness comes out. Not once has anyone offered to carry my purchase to the car. I go out of my way to avoid the Bartlett store.
