Outstanding customer service. The staff is welcoming, they help you find what you need, all very knowledgeable about the products. It always smells great in there too! Hollywood Feed also sends emails for educational courses about pet care. LOVE this company!

First off, the store is beautiful! Really well kept, and tons of items to choose from. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a good pet store!

I am so impressed with the extra care taken and kindness extended by the team at the White Bridge Road location of Hollywood Feed. Not only are my orders delivered promptly, packaged securely, and always correct, but each order seems to come with a sweet handwritten postcard and a little extra something (a chew, a treat, a squeaky tennis ball) for my super appreciative pup.
