Amazing customer service. I've never been in a chain business before that felt so much like a small, local business. The two guys working that day made me feel so welcome and immediately helped me find something that my pups ended up absolutely loved. Im from a small town and the shop and workers made me feel like I was there instead of in busy Nashville. 10/10 will be back and have already been recommending it to my friends and family.

Today was my first visit to Hollywood Feed! The store is a wonderful place for those of us who are dog and cat lovers! They carry many brands of dog food, treats, toys and knowledgeable people work there. The manager was able to answer all my questions and the service was excellent.
