Service so far is great. The name of the business does not conger what the shop is about. I miss the old name as it evokes what the shop was about and I hope it continues to be. Hollywood makes me think of something upscale and pretentious, Feed makes me think of farm feed. Had I not shopped at Pet People for years I would not think to stop in. Time will tell.

Online ordering is always easy, which is not always the case with retail sites. I appreciate that, as well as the discount for ordering 12 cans of food. Staff is always friendly and helpful at this Powell location!
