Miranda is a rockstar! It was like walking into the home of a friend who really loves dogs and cats. She showed us where things were, talked about the pet spa with me because we have big dogs that will be perfect for. I’m just so glad we stopped in. We came because we had a good experience at the Powell Feat booth a few weeks before

They always have what I need and I love that they can pull my past purchases to rebuy what I liked. What is the rewards for? Will I ever get a discount on what I buy? My old store off of Sawmill communicated better

Great customer service, they always help with the cat food to my car. (And today it was 16 degrees!!) I appreciate their help, my cats appreciate the food. They always seem to know when I come in with their new food.
