Friendly, helpful staa
The staff is always friendly and professional. They greet me as I walk in the door. They always greet my dog by name as we are a regular customer. They do the same with every dog that is a repeat customer. It is a phenomenal experience every time we come in!
Being a long-time customer of Hollywood Feed at the Nora location, I’m still amazed at how personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely empathetic the staff are! Their approach to the individual needs of each pet is always above and beyond. Max does a superb job, respectfully offering much-needed recommendations for our beloved pets — dogs, cats, and more. Nora hosted ARPO’s pictures with Santa Claus with a make up date. We appreciate everything they do for us. OJ and staff are very accommodating. After the event, i went back in and did my shopping for our doggy Marci. I found everything I needed for Marci’s Christmas presents.

We were traveling through Indiana and seen your store. We get all our dogs needs normally at our Hollywood Feed in Lexington Ky. We stopped in your Indiana store needing a harness for our little dog.
