Excellent experience. I’ve been to this particular HF and it never is smelly or overwhelming with scents and it’s very clean and well lit. I take my Biewer Terrier with me and she loves shopping and picking out what she wants so she is comfortable there. I know most of the staff (i.e. Casey and the store manager etc.) they all are so kind and helpful. Service is excellent. Great selection of products. I have been coming to your stores since you opened. I also encourage others to check your locations out. And love the bath areas. They are definitely a cut above of what is out there!

I walked into the store was immediately greeted and asked if there was something that I was looking for. I advised the young lady what I was looking for and she took me right over to where the item was. She along with the other young ladies were very pleasant and kind.

Staff is always so helpful and knowledgeable. Selection is terrific. My dogs love “shopping” with me.
