Staff is always so helpful and friendly. They are very knowledgeable.
The associates were very friendly and helped to answer my questions. One associate walked with me to look at dog treats for my dog that is on a special diet. Great experience.

Excellent experience. I’ve been to this particular HF and it never is smelly or overwhelming with scents and it’s very clean and well lit. I take my Biewer Terrier with me and she loves shopping and picking out what she wants so she is comfortable there. I know most of the staff (i.e. Casey and the store manager etc.) they all are so kind and helpful.
